Julie Cowie

BW Julie Headshot 2.jpg

Julie has a passion for working with people. Her favourite part of counselling is building an authentic relationship with her clients and having the privilege of working with real, raw, vulnerable and often painful emotions. Julie thrives on helping her clients find inner strengths and build resiliency skills they maybe didn't even know were there. Julie believes that every person has the innate ability to grow and change and live a happy and fulfilling life. The counselling journey is a safe space to explore and process struggles and challenges.

Julie is a registered clinical counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). She has a Masters of Counselling Psychology from Simon Fraser University and an Education Degree from the University of British Columbia. Julie works from a trauma informed, strength based approach. She integrates cognitive behavioural therapy, motivational interviewing, person centred and family systems theories into her work with clients.

Jenna Noble

Jenna understands that taking the first step toward seeking support is a courageous act, and you deserve a space where you feel heard, valued, and safe to show up exactly as you are. Life can feel overwhelming, leaving us stuck or disconnected, but healing is not about fixing something broken — it’s about reconnecting with lost or unheard parts of yourself, and sometimes even discovering new ones. Together, we will explore your thoughts and emotions with compassion, helping you gain insight and uncover the version of yourself that feels most true. Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to navigate it alone — Jenna is here to walk alongside you with care, understanding, and deep respect for your unique journey.

Jenna is a registered clinical counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC). She has a Masters of Counselling Psychology from City University and an Education Degree from the University of British Columbia. Jenna works from a trauma informed, strength based approach. Jenna has become grounded in a client-centered approach, while integrating perspectives from bioecological theory, family systems, and polyvagal theory. She is also passionate about using mindfulness techniques in her own life and with clients.
